Our second time trying Pizza Pazza we had a pizza delivered- soggy crust, box wet on the bottom, and top outer crust burnt on the top. When I called to tell them this and asked if they had their oven set differently, Tim, the 16-yr old who called himself the manager, told me he thought the "pizza looked awesome". When I asked if they'd pick it up and credit our expense, I added that he could see for himself, but said he wasn't going to pick it up and it sounded like a scam and hung up on me. WHAT?!?!? The first pizza we had a month ago had definite potential, but with this kind of service, why waste your time? Nothing like trying to support local businesses who have no sense of customer service.
