We've been to the emergency room here twice - once for asthma related problems, once when my son broke his nose. They got us in quickly and took good care of my family. They helped us know what steps to take next and put us at ease. I also took a childbirth class here, and it was fine but not particularly informative - mostly used videos, which you can check out of the library yourself.
