My husband went to Dentures and Dental Services in the late summer to have a partial made. They required payment up front and so we took out a loan and paid for the whole process of making his partial. We have had problems with them when it comes to his appointments, they erase him off the books and when we call they make us feel like we are idiots. The receptionist must moonlight as a bill collector or a probation officer because she is the rudest person I have ever experienced in a business. I have been sitting in the office and she is calling people about their bills and she is balling them out and being rude right in front of the customers. The staff like the nurses and doctors are very nice, but I don't know where they got his receptionist. I will never recommend them to anyone because of the "face" that is presented by this lady. This is the end of September and we still are waiting for his partial. I called today and the receptionist wanted to argue that I had called too soon instead of checking to see if my husbands partial was in!
