I've worked with many brokers in NYC and a broker from Caliber Associates was by far the best. The broker along with the office staff were friendly, responsive, knew the market extremely well, and worked hard to find me exactly what I wanted. I'm extremely picky and made their agent show me more than a dozen apartments. When I didn't see anything I really liked, the agent along with the head broker- made some phone calls and found me the perfect apartment in a high demand building and even managed to get me a great deal on the amenities (fully comped!). I would never have found the apartment if it wasn't for Caliber Associates. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Caliber and will not hesitate to work with them again.
