I purchased a Samsung washer & dryer from Albert Lee October 8th 2012. The first delivery came out and had some damage on the corner, they promptly exchange the unit the next day. After a couple of cycles the unit had a severe vibration. I contacted Holly in customer service after a couple of questions wanted to come back out and have the unit and installation inspected. I was put in contact with Kirk Fisher who set a time to come out right away. After working in Seattle all day he came all the way out to Camano Island. He and his son who was previously employed with Albert Lee worked on the machine for over an hour checking the operation in multiple modes. They found that the floor had some soft spots in it. The level of commitment to ensuring I was completely satisfied with my purchase. I cant say enough about this company they have secured me as a customer for life.
