I was told unless a break in happened they don't know there isn't a signal...Really for five hundred a year. I had well satisfied my contract and only asked to be credited for the last year that I caught the auto withdrawals. Of course they put the blame on me for not catching it sooner. Now I am on fixed income and it's just too bad for me. Do not use them.
