It was 45 to 50 minutes that lapsed before the security people arrived leaving our doors wide open and our belongings missing. It makes me wonder if the thieves know that no one is going to respond so why not just take their time and get all they want. I can not believe that they did not advise us to call the police ourselves. What a waste of our money!
