In Nov. 2012 I had a service tech, Keith Pittman, from ARS/Rescue Rooters come to my house to clean my furnance. At the time of his visit, I also had some other issues with my furnance. He took the time to show me everything that he was doing and explain any concerns he had regarding the operation of my furnance. He didn't pressure me about any problems that he found. He educated me about the problem and allowed me to make my own choice as what I should do. It was very refreshing to have a service tech like this. It was a very satisfying and educational experience. All House calls should be like this. Thank You.
