I recieved a free two week pass from a friend of mine and I decided to check this place out. I was very pleasantly surprised with their level of customer service! The very first thing they did was give my two week pass! No gimmick or anything, they handed it over and then asked if I would like a tour! I said yes and was given a tour of the facility (and might I add that it is an impressive facility!) and then we did go over rates if I were to join and Eric answered all of my questions. There was no pressure to join right then and there. He told me to use my two weeks and see what I think and that he would check in on me when I am in the building to see how I am doing. This is the best customer service I have ever had at a fitness center. I WILL be joining at the end of my two weeks and I couldnt be happier about it!!! Thanks for the two week pass Angie!!
