This company and the service they provide is REALLY as good as it gets! The 2 guys showed up on time and had no problem bringing their big machine up to my 3rd floor walk-up. Got right to work, explaining what they were doing the entire time. Were done within 45 minutes, even after giving extra attention to some persistent stains. Not a drop of water on the floor, or even the faintest whiff of cleaner!
