Not only did the new alarm system not work for 3 months, they continued to charge me, failed to return my calls, never answered a single complaint e-mail or call, technicians failed to turn up when they were supposed to and I had to chase them up - I could go on. And for this I pay a premium service ($50 per month) from which I cannot withdraw until the end of the 5-year time. more
