They've billed me for four months (over and above my three-year contract term) where they have not been monitoring my premises. If their response times for customer service issues are any indication on their emergency response time, being a burglar of ADT protected homes could be very lucrative. It took me 9 emails, 2 phone calls and over 3 weeks to get a response from them more
