I own & operate a large excavating compnay in Northern, NJ. In 2011 I began buying my oil and fuel from this outfit. For a good 6 months the service was tremendous, and the sales rep was a stand up man. We worked on several projects together, and I reffered him to many of my associates in the trade. Then in January of 2012 all my machines began to completely falter. When I took my equipment to CAT they tested all my fluids. The results were terrifying, the 15W40 was not on spec, and the hydraulic oil was like a syrup. As a result I lost an engine on 1 Mack, and and excavator. The hydraulic pumps on my dumper was shot. After all was over it cost me over $26,000 in repairs, man hours, and a new engine. I called the owner he hung up on me and told me to buy my oil somewhere else, while his female secretary declined to help me. Its a shame a company like this is allowed to do business, and the word on the street is they are used oil purchaser that blends slop and falsifies that they are API accredited. Well people buy 2 get a drum 1/2 off.... You get what you pay for, garbage with a garbage result. Its a shame because they even swear there product is elite, I guess the waste oil fumes has everyone over there flying. If enough people stop the slop, maybe they can fade away and let the real players handle the job. I now deal with Craft Oil, and BiLo Industries and my headaches are gone. 15W40 Rotella, and Tellus AW46 you can't go wrong, and Star Lubricants is a great item. Thank God 4 these 2 honest companies that don't cut corners.
