We lived here for 8 months while building our new house. Don't be fooled by the pretty landscaping. This place is horrible. They units are about 30 years old and are heavily infested with roaches. When I complained about all the roaches they just said "It's just swarmers, they've been here for a while". They acted like seeing 50 roaches come out of the walls is just "normal". The HVAC's are also very old like the buildings. Our power bill was $350 for an 800sqft unit. Then they hit us with a 300 late bill our last month. Our rent was auto drafted every month. How could I be late? They hit you with all kinds of hidden fee's!!! Trust me... Rent somewhere else!
