Hunan Dynasty is a great little place with a wonderful view located in Irving.
They have all of the basics that you would expect from a Chinese restaurant as well as a wide selection of Sushi made fresh to order. My personal favorite is the General Tsao's chicken - though be careful if you can't take spicy foods. They will season to taste (but even if you order it mild it will have some kick)
They also have a full bar and a delivery service (no, not from the bar, hehe). The pricing is a bit more when you order for delivery or take out, but that is normal and I expect it - they also have a fairly wide delivery area.
Watch the paper and the weekly ad pages that come in the mail as there are often coupons for great deals.
