For my mom's birthday, we took her to Dragon Phoenix Palace on Bolsa across from Asian mall. Dragon Phoenix Palace offers a great deal of choice to pick from. From my experience, I love their Diem Sum. Which is serving from 8AM to 11AM? They are the best at Diem Sum. On the weekend you have to wait in line just to get a table.
