We have gotten some really good deals on a laptop, printer or office furniture at Office Max before. Service is a little... cold and you don't always get answers for any specific technical questions from employees, but if you do the research before going to the store (like comparing prices and options over the internet) you can really save money when taking advantage of one of their sale or rebate offers. It can take a while though to get your rebate money back (with a laptop purchase it took over 8 months (!) to finally get our rebate check).
