Terrible Hillis experience 11/26/2012

We are having a horrible experience wth Hillis Public Adjustrs. Our loss claim is now 2 1/2 months old and nothing has been done. 3 different adjusters during 3 visits with no clue on the previous information. During the entire 2 months Hillis would not return any of my phone calls and when they did it was always I don't know whats doing on. Our assigned adjuster doesn't respond to direct phone call inquiries or emails , the lady or his assistant only offers take a message with the promise that he will return our phone calls. NO help, NO check, but according to my insurance agency, the Insurance compamy did closed the case and Hillis cash a check on damages. I will express to everyone reading this to second guess yourself before using Hillis public adjustment. more
