Very disappointing. Went there twice within the first week of buying a new van. Idiot light came on for brakes @ 56 miles on the odometer. Took it back to the dealer. Wife ended up sitting in the waiting room two hours, basically ignored until she decided enough was enough and asked for the keys to be returned. Someone finally looked at the van at this point - two minutes - diagnosed the problem and said they'd have to order the part. Well, of course they would! It's a Dodge van, this is a Dodge dealership...whatever. Called back a few days later, said the part was in. Wife made arrangements to bring the car in as soon as they opened in the morning. 7:30, give someone the keys, sit down and wait - two hours! Same story, despite telling her when to bring the car in, taking the keys from her, her sitting in the waiting room, 'they didn't know she was there'. The car fairies must have moved the van from the service bay to the parking lot...? At this point she's pretty p.o.'d, so she goes and finds the saleman who sold us this wundercar. Same guy who spent much of his sales spiel touting the wonderful Service Department. Took the entire morning before the car was fixed. First impression: bad Second impression: worse Ain't gonna be a third time, homes. I'll find somewhere else to get the van serviced. And of course, when it comes time to replace the van, I'll go elsewhere. more
