I had been going to this place for several years now. I use to have a doctor there. But, since I was working a lot and stopped having a lot of health problems, I was slowly trying to get off of most of the meds I had been on. I really needed some refills. My original physician stopped working there and started up her own doctors office. Something I was unaware of, and wasn't notified. They wouldn't give me the number, they just told me she moved into her own office. Pfft..what luck?! She knew I would be able to come and see her when I could afford my refills, and co-pay. So, I came to pick up a refill on a restricted medication(s) and the other doctor that I'd seen before to pick up refills from didn't believe that I had refills for this particular prescription before even though I had brought the old perscription bottles. So she researched the last time I picked up a perscription form, to my surprise it was a bit ago. So I had offered to take the tests again if need be and still she didn't believe me and decided to tell me that it was a controlled substance and blah blah blah. She wouldn't help me and then I knew I had wasted my time. I needed this medicine, which I still need to this day due to my add/adhd. Which is still quite severe, especially since I have ocd as well. I am under a lot of stress and this doctor lady is still very un-helpful and not very polite to me about the circumstances which I was embrassed to explain. This office is full of crap, they're very non-cooperative, rude, and demeaning. They made me feel bad, especially since I couldn't afford the meds before I knew my physician had left them. If I would've known, I would've scheduled an appointment months ago. This place is horrible, you even have to wait 30 to 45 min. even after arriving an hour early for the appointment, you wait longer after the appointment scheduled time. Steer Clear of this place!
