American Eagle Outfitters offers one of the most fun sales. I recently bought a gorgeous purple halter top for $3.99, and it was even a small! I have to caution to you that their skirts and sometimes pants can get a little pricey. They can range from $39.99-$50.00. I definitely recommend hitting the sales before diving in the other selections.
