I am not sure if all Sprint stores operate the same way as this one. The service is REALLY slow. First you walk in, you have to sign-in (a new procedure that didn't exist when I first signed up with Sprint wireless), and then you wait to be called. The staff there doesn't seem to be very competent or. One time I had to wait in line for over an hour just to find out that they can't do it for me and I need to call the customer service from my cell phone. more
