Hello and thanks to all of you who had a bad experience with our company, my sincere apologies. It is healthy to get criticism as that make us stronger. There is no excuse for some of these problems other than poor judgement.
Please keep in mind we have installed over 55k windows in central and eastern pa since 2000. We do our best to keep everyone happy but with that many customers it IS impossible to satisfy everyone.
As far as the canvasser not getting paid, I think she said it best when she said most of these people(canvassers) are dishonest.
