My first visit with Downey Auto Window was to get a crack in my windshield repaired. It was a very positive experience. However, the crack got worse and I had to take it back. The second visit was even better. Everyone was extremely friendly, polite and helpful. The man that repaired my windshield said it would take a certain amount of time and he was accurate to the minute! Every step of the way was thoroughly explained. Since then, I have shared my experience with a number of people and highly recommend Downey Auto Window to any person that needs their services.
