I called for a clogged sink drain. Very nice lady answered the phone. I told her I needed service and I live in Grayslake. She took my information and said a plumber will be here within 2 hours. I got a call an hour later from Tom, saying they are runnung behind and will call shortly with a arrival time for the plumber. 30 minutes later Tom called back and said Jack will be there in an hour. Jack arrived on time. Jack was very professional and took care of the drain very quickly. He cleaned up the mess and departed, thanking me for calling Roto_Rooter. I will call Roto-Rooter for future problems.
