Metro Ford is a huge Ford dealership in Upstate NY (Schenectady) and you would expect poor customer service due to their size but you would be wrong! Everyone is very friendly and the selection has to be the best in upstate NY and then some! I would estimate these guys to have over 800 cars on the lot and a great selection of used cars domestic and import. I love my new car and I even love the price more!!! I saved about 4k at Metro Ford comapred to another dealer in town...I will be getting my next car at Metro Ford.
