I called this company this morning, as I have recently had a couple of windshield cracks that need to be taken care of. Bill at Pitstop Autoglass did the job right there, quickly and professionally. It took less than an hour. He also spent time to instruct me on how to treat the window for the next 24 hours.
I really liked the convenience of driving to a shop to get this done, and all the paperwork with the insurance company is handled by them. I will be a return customer!
