I put out an order for a Whirlpool cooktop online and during the process, no color was ever mentioned or suggested by the website. I was naive enough to trust it. Bad website!!!
Long story short, I got one with white details instead of being completely black.
Called them and the owner told me that I would have to pay for the shipping back and forth to get the replacement one.
I was told that I should have called them. Why then we have a website?
Also, forget about the shipping in 3 business days. Just gimmicks!
I will never do business with them again.
Stay away from this company.
