elimnated all of the stains on my couch.. all the pet stains.. it was smelling like a zoo in my house because I just bought a new puppy. of course its not potty trained, and he thinks the couch is the bathroom as well as the carpet near it. I needed a cleaning bad!! I called this company they came right out that same day and assured me the smell would be completely gone when they were done with the cleaning, and sure enougth it was!!!! the best company for sure.
