I just want to say that Rich is a God send. He went over and beyond to assist me getting my transmission repaired.Even through his recovery(which he was always in my prayers) he still reminded so very customer friendly and understanding. I will be forever grateful to have met him and he not only blessed my life but restored my belief that there is still true customer service!
