Do you know when you are really training hard, especially in MMA? It is when you think you have reached the end of what you have and then you take a deep breath and dig deeper than you ever have before and really go for it. It doesn't matter if it is BJJ or Muay Thai or whatever- you are punching and kicking and sweating and you can hear your own heart beating in your ear and every muscle in your body is saying stop, but you go for it. That is when you are training hard.
