We have been going to the Brentwood hand car wash since it opened. It keeps getting worse. They put more cars through the wash then the people working there can dry. My car has sat out in the sun for over 10 minutes and is covered with water spots and then they get mad when you want them to get them off. they have stained my seat by putting the floor mats on the seat to vacuum them. I will not be going back. I am very disappointed in the service.
