This store is not what it seems. They run sales, like blue tag 1/2 off one day. They go and reprice every item that had a blue tag the day before and your lucky if you can find any blue tags. Everything is overpriced.
I used to buy the bags of jewelry, it was $49.95. Now it is 89.95 or over $100.00. The woman that handles the jewelry was rude when I asked about the bags of jewelry, when she would have one ready. She told me when she got good and ready to put one out. I went there on a Monday afternoon and asked another one of their employees if they had a bag of jewelry ready in the back. She said we sure do, it is sitting there and I will find out when she (the rude woman in charge of jewelry) wants to release it. She went in the back and came back and told me that the bag was already sold and it sold for $130.00 and That it is sold as soon as the bag is put together some man came in and bought it. My feelings were really hurt because I knew that this was a lie. She (the rude woman that handles the jewelry) had looked to see who had asked to buy it and found out it was me. She was holding the bag for someone else and was getting paid to hold it. The girl that went to go and check told me to save my pennies that they would have another bag that Thursday. When I went in Thursday the rude woman that puts the bag together was there and told me flat out no. There were some totes with items behind the counter with jewelry in them and I asked to look at those. She totally lost it. I do not go in there but once in a while and I feel that I holding the bags of jewelry for someone else and getting a kickback is wrong. I am totally embaressed to go in there after this. I think they could at least sell me a bag once in a while, I won't buy it every week. Just make me feel welcome in the store, and give someone else a chance to buy an item. There is no customer service, I would reccomend to skip this store and try the Good Will excellant service there.
