I am writing this review still waiting to have my big screen repaired after 2 months. After waiting for the initial appointment for 2 weeks, the technician came out to tell me he needed to order parts. I then received a letter in the mail from the company saying that I had a follow up appointment to install the parts 3 weeks later. I don't know about most folks but I feel the customer who is waiting for parts to be installed should be put at the front of the list. After contacting the company to try and move up the appointment, I was notified that they only have ONE outside service technician. Now I can see why it takes so long to get things scheduled. Having said that, and not belabor the point, additional parts needed to be ordered and we are still waiting for the needed parts after more than 2 weeks (after ordering the wrong parts three times).
This company is a Sony authorized service repair center and I will be sending a similar note to them on my dissatisfaction with the service.
