Unfotunately I cannot rate the ability of this shop to do repairs - after making an appointment for service (which they hadn't written down), I left because the mechanic was rude and unable to understand the nature of the problem I was having with my car. It's essential that a mechanic be willing to listen and able to understand English. There is an unhappy, angry mechanic working there, and I really don't want his problems to affect my service. more
