I have gone to both Matthew and Heather at Ruben J's (now called something different) and I have never come out of there with a bad haircut. When I decided to get bangs for the first time since 5th grade, Heather was there to help me through it. When I hacked my waist-length hair off to my chin, Heather held my hand (okay, my ponytail) and gave me such a cute bob, that I forgot all about the 10 inch braid I gave up to Locks of Love. Not too expensive, hip, but not "hipper than thou"...I love this place. And considering I just tried to make an appointment and the first one isn't for another FIVE WEEKS, it seems that everyone else does as well.
