Last year we had a problem with our furnace that was very finicky, only occuring sometimes. The technicians from Hochstedler worked with us over the period of a week off and on to get this problem fixed without charging us extra. The service was great and completed in a timely fashion. We will be calling again when we need more repairs or a new furnace!
