I was able to get Roto-Rooter on a Saturday afternoon promptly an hour after I called! He was down the street in Buffalo. That is SERVICE! Plumber Jim showed up and I told him all the snaking I had done, the drains that I had dismantled and where I thought the problem was...Jim to the RESCUE!!! Within a short time I was taking a shower (very much needed as I am NOT a plumber), running the dish washer and laundry all working in harmony!
