Consistently misled us about schedule. Ran months late. Failed to follow terms of contract when it suited him. Failed to pay suppliers of materials when he was angry with us, and refused to supply supplier invoices so we could pay their bills. Did not cooperate in resolving these issues. Threatened us with liens when he did not agree with contract terms and payments received, even when documented. Allowed a supplier to file a lien against our house when he disagreed with him. Out of the dozens of subcontractors and suppliers I have hired and worked with on our house, he is the ONLY one I have had troubles with. It brings my wife to tears just thinking about him. Definitely not one I would recommend.
