The Rathdrum Country Store has been in town for as long as I can remember. They have wagon wheels and hay bales out front to set the country feel of the store. They sell fencing, hay, salt blocks, dog food, sheep food, rabbit food, baby bunnies, ducks and chickens, horse tack and much much more.
The owners and the employees are long time locals and are down to earth and friendly. The typical small town store owners.
Several times a year they have a petting zoo for the children to enjoy, it's loads of fun!
We purchase our salt blocks here for our cows. It's close to home, the prices are great and they are open late and on weekends! Can't get any better than that in my opinion.
