The Lakeland Litter Control Spay and Neuter Clinic here in Rathdrum is a very nice facility. The staff is friendly and very efficient. They offer free and low cost procedures to spay or neuter your pets. It's nice because now those people who want animals can actually prevent them from having more litters in the future. There are so many stray and abandoned pets that we really don't need any more in population.
On their billboard sign, it says: A pet in heat needs more than shade. Can't get any more accurate than that statement!
