I had the opportunity to visit Pyramid Vet Hospital today as my puppy hurt his paw and I needed to make sure it wasn't broken. My appointment was scheduled for 11:30 am and I wasn't called back until 12:30 pm. Waiting an hour to see a vet is absurd. The receptionist was friendly enough, apologizing for the long delay as was the vet when I finally saw her. That was all well and good but it still left a less than positive first impression. Not sure whether or not I'll give them another try.
