This hotel has clean grounds and is well kept on the outside, with nice landscaping. The rooms are accessible via outdoor walkways. We had a non-smoking room with two double beds. The double seemed to be the same size as a queen bed, and the room had a basic kitchenette with fridge and stovetop.
I expected the worst so we brought our own sheets, but we probably didn't need them (you never know what will be in an Orlando hotel). Our bedspread did have a cigarette burn but the room smelled fresh and it was clean (although the burbur carpeting was sticky, another thing I expected for a $70 room on NYE).
Check in employees were very nice. Amenities were almost zilch, just a small bar of soap and a conditioning shampoo. The bathroom was very clean. This hotel is a good value very close to Universal studios for just a night or two. We ended up walking home from Universal Citywalk on NYE because there were no cabs and it wasn't a big deal (aside from crossing a 3 lane each direction busy street).
