Green owl specializes in the basics. Basic plastic tables and chairs outside, basic bar and tables inside, basic but tasty breakfast at cheap prices. What makes the place great is the casual atmosphere and the friendly service. The whole place is decorated with pea green owl decor, looking straight from the 70's.
Sitting at the bar area is a treat- you can survey the view, catch some of the game, or listen in on the interesting banter of the employees and patrons. Green Owl is right downtown, and convenient for tourists, a short walk from the Sundy House or the Colony or about 3/4 of a mile from the Marriott hotel on A1A.
