Faire is one of the best new cafés to pop up in Seattle for a few reasons:
-The atmosphere: This two-level café has the most natural light out of any I've been to in Seattle. The white walls and exposed wood ceiling completely enhance the experience. The huge windows are a huge plus and even if it looks out over the freeway you still get a nice view of Seattle Center and lower Queen Anne. Free wi-fi is also a huge plus.
-The coffee: Some of the best shots in Seattle. Perhaps the best cappuccino Ive had and lets not forget the amazing Nutella Mocha. Drink specials like $1 for an Americano on Monday can be found on the chalk board.
-The menu: Not only does Faire serve coffee they also have a selection of beer and wine which adds to the European feel of this place. The prices are, no pun intended, quite fair: $3 for a beer and $4 for a glass of red. Food prices are also good and the menu looks like its great for a quick lunch while you happen to be there.
Overall a great new find, Faire is quickly rising on my list of favorite Seattle cafes.
