Big Frank's always seemed to be helpful and their prices were very reasonable with quality work. In my opinion they are very unorganized, frequently fail to places orders they said they placed, and forget previous arrangements.
I made several phone calls to order tires for my fiancee's SUV and I spoke with Big Frank himself each time. When my fiancee showed up on the day he said they would have the tires ready, he proceeded to tell her he speaks to a lot of people and has no idea what she was talking about (he took down all of my information during my phone calls). He berated her to the point where she left and started crying in her car over the way she was just treated.
Honestly I used to recommend Big Frank's despite the organizational flaws, but treating a woman or anyone the way he treated my fiancee is unacceptable.
