I need to state up front I have not purchased anything from Chown Hardware or dealt with them other than walking into their store to ask a question. Others who dealt with them on projects may have a more positive experience. However, I walked in to inquire if they had a particular item and the front desk reception person was very rude and quickly dismissed me. She did not recommend stores in which I could find what I was looking for, nor did she give me the time of day. All other hardware stores I had trekked too that day offered recommendations when I was unable to track down my hard-to-find item at their location.
Poor customer service leaves a bad taste in my mouth and I doubt I would go back to Chown Hardware.
