I've bought a couple computers there - always had a good experience. This week I replaced my iphone. They promised Friday. Verizon reported delivering it to them Friday morning on schedule. No word till Friday evening, when I prompted them, and they said "Saturday". It's now mid-afternoon Saturday, I've missed a family gathering out of town, and have no idea when they will give me the phone. No further response to phone messages or emails - I'm done.
