Very rude- very unprofessional!
Northstar cancelled a class almost 2 weeks ago that I had paid in full for. Now no one can or will refund my money. I was told it was normal retail practice to take 3-5 weeks for a refund? No- I do not think that is 'normal'.
Not to mention the very rude staff members that give you the run around, tell you everyone else is in the office is lying, and then don't act apologetic for all the crap they have put me through. This company is not worth doing business with!
