If I had a lot of money, I might think differently of the Ashton. It's a first-class hotel with every fine appointment, including a gourmet restaurant. It's just very expensive for what you're getting, which is essentially a roof over your head for a night or two. That said, I think I should point out that my fiance and I are planning to stay there the night we get married.
